Instructions
- Beat butter and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Mix in strawberry powder, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla.
- Stir in flour, cornstarch, and salt until dough forms.
- Roll into small balls and flatten slightly.
- Refrigerate for 25 minutes.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 12–15 minutes.
- Drizzle lemon glaze after cooling.
