Description

A quick and versatile homemade salad dressing made with apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, and olive oil — ready in just 5 minutes.


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small jar or bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking to emulsify.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning. Add more honey for sweetness or vinegar for tang.
  4. Store in a sealed jar and shake before each use.
