- ¼ cup raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a small jar or bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking to emulsify.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Add more honey for sweetness or vinegar for tang.
- Store in a sealed jar and shake before each use.
