- 3 large potatoes (boiled and mashed)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Garlic powder (optional)
- Paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Mash boiled potatoes until smooth. Mix with egg, flour, salt, and pepper.
- Take a portion, place cheese in the center, and seal.
- Roll into even stick shapes.
- Dip in breadcrumbs for crispiness.
- Fry at 180°C or bake until golden.
Notes
For extra crispiness, double coat the sticks in breadcrumbs. Serve hot for the best cheesy pull.
