Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add egg, vanilla extract, and orange zest to the mixture.
- Fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.
- Stir in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips if using.
- Scoop dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Allow cookies to cool before serving.
Notes
