Ingredients

  • ¾ cup butter (softened)
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 orange

  • ½ cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg, vanilla extract, and orange zest to the mixture.
  5. Fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.
  6. Stir in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips if using.
  7. Scoop dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
  9. Allow cookies to cool before serving.

Notes
