Description

A rich and indulgent no-bake dessert layered with chocolate cookie crust, creamy peanut butter filling, crunchy bits, and fluffy topping.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 block cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup crushed cookies or cereal
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • Chocolate drizzle

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter and press into a pan.
  2. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to firm up the crust.
  3. Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped topping.
  4. Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the chilled crust.
  5. Sprinkle crushed cookies or cereal and chocolate chips on top.
  6. Spread whipped topping evenly as the final layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Slice into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

Chill overnight for best texture. Add extra chocolate drizzle or peanut butter drizzle for a more decadent finish.
