Description

A delicious keto-friendly salmon dish served over fresh zucchini noodles with garlic butter and lemon.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Cook salmon skin-side down for 3–4 minutes per side.
  3. Toss zucchini noodles with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Plate salmon on top of zoodles and serve with lemon wedges.
