A delicious keto-friendly salmon dish served over fresh zucchini noodles with garlic butter and lemon.
Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Cook salmon skin-side down for 3–4 minutes per side.
- Toss zucchini noodles with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Plate salmon on top of zoodles and serve with lemon wedges.
