Instructions
- Mix Greek yogurt, self-rising flour, and a pinch of salt until a soft dough forms.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly, then add shredded mozzarella and pepperoni slices.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into small rolls.
- Place rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
