Description

These high protein pepperoni pizza rolls are a quick and delicious snack made with a simple yogurt-based dough and classic pizza fillings.


Ingredients

  • Dough Ingredients: 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • Filling Ingredients: 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • Optional Add-ons: Italian seasoning
  • Garlic powder
  • Chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix Greek yogurt, self-rising flour, and a pinch of salt until a soft dough forms.
  2. Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly, then add shredded mozzarella and pepperoni slices.
  4. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into small rolls.
  5. Place rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle Italian seasoning or garlic powder on top before baking. Serve warm for the best texture and taste.
