- 1 lb lean ground beef
- Canned biscuits or pizza dough
- Cheddar cheese cubes or shredded mozzarella
- 1 small onion, diced
- Burger seasonings
- Butter, melted
- Fresh garlic, minced
- Grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook ground beef with diced onion and burger seasonings until browned, then drain excess grease.
- Flatten biscuit or pizza dough into thin discs.
- Place a spoonful of beef and a cube of cheese in the center of each disc.
- Pinch edges tightly to seal and form a ball, then place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic and parmesan.
- Bake at 190°C for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Seal the dough היטghtly to prevent cheese from leaking during baking. Serve warm for the best gooey texture.
