Description

Golden, fluffy dough bombs stuffed with seasoned beef and melty cheese, brushed with a rich garlic parmesan butter glaze for the ultimate savory bite.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • Canned biscuits or pizza dough
  • Cheddar cheese cubes or shredded mozzarella
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • Burger seasonings
  • Butter, melted
  • Fresh garlic, minced
  • Grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef with diced onion and burger seasonings until browned, then drain excess grease.
  2. Flatten biscuit or pizza dough into thin discs.
  3. Place a spoonful of beef and a cube of cheese in the center of each disc.
  4. Pinch edges tightly to seal and form a ball, then place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic and parmesan.
  6. Bake at 190°C for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Seal the dough היטghtly to prevent cheese from leaking during baking. Serve warm for the best gooey texture.
