- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup sugar (for coating)
- 1 tbsp cinnamon (for coating)
- ¼ cup melted butter (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Whisk sugar, melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until combined.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden and set.
- Brush the loaf with melted butter.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar, then coat the loaf evenly.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For best flavor, coat the loaf while still slightly warm so the cinnamon sugar sticks perfectly.
