Instructions
- Combine flour, yeast, sugar, salt, warm milk, egg, and butter to form dough.

- Coat chicken in flour, cornstarch, and seasonings.
- Fry or air fry until cooked through and crispy.
- Divide dough into portions.

- Seal well and place on baking sheet.
- Let rise 30 to 45 minutes.
- Brush with egg wash and top with sesame seeds or panko mixed with butter.
