- 1/2 cup cornstarch

- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tbsp hot sauce

- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Coat chicken in flour, cornstarch, and spices.
- Heat oil to 175°C.
- Fry chicken in batches until golden and cooked through.
- Drain on a wire rack.
- Heat honey, hot sauce, pepper flakes, and vinegar.
- Simmer briefly and remove from heat.
- Toss chicken with hot honey glaze.
- Serve with optional garnish.
