Ingredients
- Fully cooked Polish kielbasa
- Center-cut bacon slices
- Brown sugar

- Toothpicks
Instructions
- Slice kielbasa into 2 cm thick rounds.
- Cut bacon slices into thirds.
- Wrap each kielbasa piece with bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Roll each bite in brown sugar mixed with cayenne pepper.
- Place on a wire rack over a baking sheet.
- Bake at 200°C for 15–20 minutes until bacon is crispy.
