- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 4 large potatoes (peeled)

- ½ cup milk or cream
- Salt and pepper
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley (optional)
- Lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Boil peeled potatoes until soft, then mash until smooth.
- Add butter and milk or cream to the potatoes and mix well with salt and pepper.
- Heat butter in a pan and cook shrimp until pink.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, then simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Coat shrimp well in the creamy garlic sauce.
- Serve shrimp over mashed potatoes.
- Garnish with parsley, parmesan cheese, or a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
