    • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough
    • ½ cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
  • Filling
    • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    • ½ cup shredded cheddar (optional for extra gooeyness)
    • 2430 slices pepperoni
    • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
    • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Topping
    • 2 tbsp melted butter
    • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
    • ½ tsp dried parsley or basil

Instructions

  1. Step 1 – Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2 – Prepare the Dough: Unroll crescent or pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Press seams together to create one large rectangle. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough.
  3. Step 3 – Add the Toppings: Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar evenly over the sauce. Layer pepperoni slices across the dough. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  4. Step 4 – Roll and Slice: Starting from the long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log. Slice into 1-inch rolls using a sharp knife or dental floss for clean cuts.
  5. Step 5 – Arrange and Brush: Place rolls cut-side up on your baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle Parmesan and herbs on top.
  6. Step 6 – Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
