- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
- ½ cup buffalo sauce (Frank’s RedHot or similar)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions
- Step 1 – Mix the Base: In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Step 2 – Add Chicken and Cheese: Fold in shredded chicken, cheddar, and mozzarella. Mix until evenly coated.
- Step 3 – Bake It: Transfer to an oven-safe dish, spread evenly, and sprinkle extra cheese on top. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, until bubbling and golden.
- Step 4 – Garnish & Serve: Top with chopped green onions or a drizzle of buffalo sauce. Serve hot with chips, crackers, or celery sticks.
Notes
For extra heat, add a few dashes of hot sauce or a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. This dip can also be made in a slow cooker — cook on low for 2 hours until hot and bubbly!
