- 1 cup cream cheese
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup flour
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast, then let sit until foamy.
- Add flour, egg, butter, and salt, then knead into a smooth dough.
- Cover and let dough rise until doubled in size.
- Cook diced apples with sugar and cinnamon until soft, then let cool.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Divide dough, flatten each piece, and add apple and cheesecake fillings.
- Mix flour, butter, and sugar to create crumble, then sprinkle on top.
- Let buns rest for 30–40 minutes for the second rise.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 18–22 minutes until golden.
- Mix powdered sugar with milk and drizzle glaze over cooled buns.
