Description

The Ultimate Tropical Sunrise Smoothie Bowl is a vibrant, refreshing breakfast packed with tropical fruit flavors and colorful toppings. Thick, creamy, and naturally sweet, this smoothie bowl combines mango, pineapple, banana, and a beautiful raspberry swirl for a breakfast that tastes as good as it looks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple tidbits
  • 1 large frozen banana, sliced before freezing
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries or red dragon fruit (pitaya)
  • 2 tbsp coconut water or orange juice
  • Fresh kiwi slices
  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • Chia seeds
  • Crunchy granola

Instructions

  1. In a small high-speed blender, combine the frozen raspberries (or pitaya) with the coconut water or orange juice. Blend until thick and smooth, then set aside.
  2. Add the frozen mango, pineapple, frozen banana, lime juice, and coconut milk to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy, adding only enough liquid to keep the mixture moving.
  3. Divide the tropical smoothie mixture evenly between two bowls. Spoon the raspberry mixture over the top and gently swirl the colors together using a spoon handle or skewer.
  4. Top each bowl with fresh kiwi slices, banana slices, crunchy granola, chia seeds, and toasted coconut flakes. Serve immediately while thick and icy.

Notes

For the thickest smoothie bowl, use fully frozen fruit and add as little liquid as possible. Customize the toppings with fresh berries, hemp seeds, sliced almonds, or a drizzle of honey.
