Description

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 tbsp Turkish Pistachio Butter (77% Pistachio Paste)
  • 1 cup thick unsweetened Greek yogurt or labneh
  • 1 tbsp wildflower honey
  • 1 tsp orange blossom water
  • 1 tbsp raw pistachios, coarsely chopped
  • Warm artisanal sourdough bread, brioche slices, or Moroccan pancakes for serving

Instructions

  1. In a small serving bowl, combine the Greek yogurt or labneh with the orange blossom water.
  2. Whisk until smooth, creamy, and fragrant.
  3. Use the back of a spoon to create decorative swirls and wells across the yogurt surface.
  4. Stir the pistachio butter well and warm slightly if desired for easier drizzling.
  5. Spoon or drizzle the pistachio butter into the yogurt wells.
  6. Drizzle the honey evenly over the top.
  7. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios across the surface.
  8. Serve immediately with warm sourdough bread, brioche, or Moroccan pancakes.
