Description

Un latte glacé esthétique et rafraîchissant mêlant la douceur des fraises fraîches et l’intensité végétale du matcha cérémonial.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 tsp agave or honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder
  • 2 oz hot water (80°C)
  • 1 cup oat milk or whole milk
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Mash strawberries with agave or honey until chunky.
  2. Spoon strawberry mixture into the bottom of a tall glass.
  3. Sift matcha powder into a bowl.
  4. Add hot water and whisk in a W motion until frothy.
  5. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  6. Slowly pour milk over the ice.
  7. Gently pour whisked matcha over the top.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy the layered effect.

Notes

Use water below boiling temperature to preserve the delicate flavor of ceremonial matcha. Fresh strawberries create the best natural sweetness and color.
