Description

Un saumon tendre et juteux nappé d’une sauce bang bang crémeuse, épicée et légèrement sucrée, prêt en quelques minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Sliced green onions
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler to high and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Lightly grease the foil.
  3. Whisk mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, and lime juice together.
  4. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  5. Spread sauce generously over the salmon.
  6. Broil for 8–10 minutes until bubbly and lightly charred.
  7. Check that salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Drizzle with remaining sauce and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Using Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise adds extra protein while keeping the sauce creamy. Watch closely under the broiler to avoid overcooking.
