Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 whole orange (peeled)
  • 1-inch fresh ginger
  • 5 celery stalks
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all fruits and vegetables.
  2. For the Glowing Skin Juice, blend or juice carrots, orange, and ginger until smooth.
  3. For the Flat Stomach Juice, juice celery, apple, cucumber, and lime juice together.
  4. For the Flush Out Toxins Juice, blend or juice celery, orange, lemon, ginger, and mint leaves.
  5. Strain juices if desired for a smoother texture.
