Instructions
- Wash and prepare all fruits and vegetables.
- For the Glowing Skin Juice, blend or juice carrots, orange, and ginger until smooth.
- For the Flat Stomach Juice, juice celery, apple, cucumber, and lime juice together.
- For the Flush Out Toxins Juice, blend or juice celery, orange, lemon, ginger, and mint leaves.
- Strain juices if desired for a smoother texture.
- Serve immediately over ice for maximum freshness.
