Description

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs steak
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh lime juice
  • Fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
  2. Line a baking sheet.
  3. Toss steak, peppers, and onions with oil and seasoning.
  4. Spread in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 12–15 minutes.
  6. Broil for 2 minutes if desired.
  7. Rest briefly, then squeeze lime juice over top.
  8. Serve with tortillas and toppings.
