Ingredients

- 3 bell peppers
- 1 red onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh lime juice
- Fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C.
- Line a baking sheet.
- Toss steak, peppers, and onions with oil and seasoning.
- Spread in a single layer.
- Roast for 12–15 minutes.
- Broil for 2 minutes if desired.
- Rest briefly, then squeeze lime juice over top.
- Serve with tortillas and toppings.
