Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk cottage cheese, eggs, milk, and olive oil until smooth.
- Fold wet ingredients into the dry mixture.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and fresh herbs evenly.
- Grease and line a loaf pan.
- Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Allow bread to cool before slicing.
