- ¼ cup light corn syrup
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Step 1 – Prep the Mix: Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). In a large roasting pan, combine Crispix, pecans, and pretzels. Set aside.
- Step 2 – Make the Praline Glaze: In a medium saucepan, melt butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup over medium heat. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda — the mixture will bubble up.
- Step 3 – Coat the Cereal: Immediately pour the hot glaze over the cereal mix. Stir gently until everything is evenly coated.
