Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, butter, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
- Divide batter evenly into cake pans.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes and let cool completely.
- Beat butter and powdered sugar until fluffy.
- Add milk and pink food coloring to create buttercream.
- Layer the cakes and apply a crumb coat.
- Chill the cake for 30 minutes.
- Heat heavy cream and pour over white chocolate chips.
- Stir until smooth and add pink gel food coloring.
- Slowly pour ganache around cake edges to create drip effect.
- Decorate with sugar skull toppers and sprinkles or edible glitter.
Notes
Ensure the cake is fully chilled before adding the ganache drip for best results. Adjust the pink color intensity to your preference.
