Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Remove any damaged outer leaves from the cabbage.
  2. Slice the cabbage from the core into thick 1-inch steaks, keeping the core intact to hold them together.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet.
  4. Place cabbage steaks on the baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil and minced garlic.
  5. Season with salt, black pepper, and any optional spices like paprika or red pepper flakes.
  6. Roast in the oven for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are golden and crispy.
  7. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving if desired.
