Des cookies ultra gourmands garnis d’un Oreo entier caché au centre. Croquants à l’extérieur et fondants à l’intérieur, parfaits pour les amateurs de chocolat.

- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 18–20 whole Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture until just incorporated.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough and flatten it.
- Place an Oreo in the center and cover with another piece of dough.
- Seal edges completely to enclose the Oreo.
- Place cookies on baking sheet spaced apart.
- Bake for 11–13 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before transferring.
Notes
Ensure Oreos are fully sealed inside the dough to prevent cracking. Do not overbake to keep centers soft and gooey.
