Description

Des cookies ultra gourmands garnis d’un Oreo entier caché au centre. Croquants à l’extérieur et fondants à l’intérieur, parfaits pour les amateurs de chocolat.


Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1820 whole Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture until just incorporated.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough and flatten it.
  8. Place an Oreo in the center and cover with another piece of dough.
  9. Seal edges completely to enclose the Oreo.
  10. Place cookies on baking sheet spaced apart.
  11. Bake for 11–13 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft.
  12. Let cool for 10 minutes before transferring.

Notes

Ensure Oreos are fully sealed inside the dough to prevent cracking. Do not overbake to keep centers soft and gooey.
