- 1 lb chicken breast
- 12 oz pasta
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 lemons
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- Fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Sear chicken in oil until golden, then set aside.
- Sauté garlic and lemon zest.
- Add broth, water, and lemon juice and bring to a boil.
- Add pasta and simmer, stirring frequently.
- Return chicken to pot.
- Stir in butter and parmesan.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
