Description

A rich and creamy feta and green olive dip packed with bold Mediterranean flavors—perfect for spreading or dipping.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
  • ¾ cup green olives (pitted)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or cream cheese
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or dill) (optional)
  • Chili flakes (optional)
  • Lemon zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. Drain olives and crumble the feta cheese.
  2. Add feta, olives, yogurt or cream cheese, and olive oil into a food processor.
  3. Add garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  4. Blend until creamy with a slightly textured consistency.
  5. Add more olive oil if needed to adjust consistency.
  6. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to enhance flavor.
  7. Serve with bread or crackers.

Notes

For extra freshness, top with herbs and a drizzle of olive oil before serving. Best served chilled.
