- ¾ cup green olives (pitted)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or cream cheese
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Fresh herbs (parsley or dill) (optional)
- Chili flakes (optional)
- Lemon zest (optional)
Instructions
- Drain olives and crumble the feta cheese.
- Add feta, olives, yogurt or cream cheese, and olive oil into a food processor.
- Add garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper.
- Blend until creamy with a slightly textured consistency.
- Add more olive oil if needed to adjust consistency.
- Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to enhance flavor.
- Serve with bread or crackers.
Notes
For extra freshness, top with herbs and a drizzle of olive oil before serving. Best served chilled.
