A nostalgic no-bake banana split dessert layered with a buttery graham cracker crust, velvety cheesecake filling, bananas, pineapple, whipped topping, chocolate syrup, nuts, and cherries.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups (260g) graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar

- 3 large ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 can (20oz) crushed pineapple, thoroughly drained
- 1 tub (8oz) whipped topping, thawed
- ½ cup chocolate syrup
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts or peanuts
- 1 jar (10oz) maraschino cherries, drained and dried
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until evenly moistened.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Freeze the crust for 10 minutes to set.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until thick and creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
- Arrange banana slices in a single layer over the cream cheese filling.
- Spread the drained crushed pineapple evenly over the bananas.
- Top with the whipped topping and smooth the surface.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
Drain the pineapple thoroughly to prevent excess moisture. Chilling overnight provides the best texture and flavor.
