Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Brown ground beef in a skillet until fully cooked.
- Cook mushrooms and onions until golden and caramelized.
- Combine beef, mushrooms, onions, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings.
- Whisk eggs, milk, and flour to create a smooth batter.
- Spread the beef mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Pour batter evenly over the filling.
- Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese on top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until set and golden.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce or extra garlic to the beef mixture.
