Easy and fluffy Mother’s Day: Sheet Pan Pancakes baked in one pan and topped with your favorite fruits and treats for a perfect family breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Chocolate chips (optional)
  • Banana slices (optional)
  • Nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a sheet pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  5. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared sheet pan.
  6. Add toppings like berries, chocolate chips, banana slices, or nuts.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and set.
