Description

Savory, buttery lil’ smokies slow-cooked with ranch and au jus seasoning—an easy and flavorful appetizer perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 packages lil’ smokies sausages
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • Pepperoncini peppers (optional)
  • Garlic powder (optional)
  • Black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease the slow cooker.
  2. Place lil’ smokies sausages evenly inside.
  3. Add butter slices on top.
  4. Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix evenly.
  5. Add optional pepperoncini peppers or spices if desired.
  6. Cook on low for 3–4 hours or on high for 2 hours.
  7. Stir occasionally to coat sausages evenly.
  8. Serve warm directly from the slow cooker.

Notes

For extra tang, add a splash of pepperoncini juice. Perfect for parties and game day snacks.
