Description

Fun and cheesy pizza muffins made with soft dough, rich marinara, melty mozzarella, and pepperoni—perfect for snacks, parties, or quick meals.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 400g refrigerated pizza or biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperonis
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Grated Parmesan (optional)
  • Olive oil or non-stick spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C and grease a 12-slot muffin tin including the top surface.
  2. Roll out dough and divide into 12 equal pieces.
  3. Press each piece into muffin slots to form cups.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon of sauce into each cup.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
  6. Add mini pepperonis.
  7. Season with oregano and garlic powder.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes, then remove and serve warm.

Notes

Do not overfill with sauce to prevent soggy dough. Serve warm for the best cheese pull effect.
