- 400g refrigerated pizza or biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup mini pepperonis
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Grated Parmesan (optional)
- Olive oil or non-stick spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C and grease a 12-slot muffin tin including the top surface.
- Roll out dough and divide into 12 equal pieces.
- Press each piece into muffin slots to form cups.
- Add 1 teaspoon of sauce into each cup.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
- Add mini pepperonis.
- Season with oregano and garlic powder.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then remove and serve warm.
Notes
Do not overfill with sauce to prevent soggy dough. Serve warm for the best cheese pull effect.
