- 1 box fudge brownie mix (prepared)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- Crushed pretzels
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Fill each muffin liner 1/3 full with brownie batter.
- Bake brownie bases for 8–10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spoon cheesecake mixture over the brownie bases until nearly full.
- Return muffins to the oven and bake for 15–18 minutes.
- Cool completely before decorating.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over each muffin.
- Top with mini chocolate chips and crushed pretzels.
Notes
Do not overbake the cheesecake layer — the center should still jiggle slightly for the creamiest texture. Pretzels add the perfect salty crunch.
