Description

A dreamy Key Lime Cheesecake Trifle layered with buttery graham cracker crumbs, silky lime cheesecake filling, and fluffy whipped cream for the ultimate no-bake dessert.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz (450g) full-fat brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tbsp finely grated lime zest
  • 2 cups (260g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 2 cups (480ml) heavy whipping cream, ice-cold
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 fresh lime, sliced into thin wheels
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese until completely smooth.
  3. Slowly mix in the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest until thick and creamy.
  4. In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to stiff peaks.
  5. Spread a layer of graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of a trifle bowl or dessert glasses.
  6. Add a thick layer of key lime cheesecake filling.
  7. Top with a layer of whipped cream.
  8. Repeat the layers two more times.
  9. Finish with whipped cream on top.
  10. Garnish with lime slices, extra lime zest, and fresh mint leaves.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

For the brightest flavor, use freshly squeezed lime juice and fresh zest. Chilling overnight creates the best texture and allows the flavors to fully develop.
