Description

This Lemon Ginger Detox Drink is a warming blend of lemon, ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, and honey that creates a soothing morning beverage with bright citrus flavor and aromatic spices.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp fresh or ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp fresh or ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp raw honey

Instructions

  1. Warm the water until pleasantly hot but not boiling.
  2. Pour the warm water into a mug.
  3. Add the cinnamon, ginger, and turmeric.
  4. Whisk or stir vigorously for 30 seconds to help disperse the spices.
  5. Add the fresh lemon juice.
  6. Stir in the raw honey until fully dissolved.
  7. Mix well to combine all ingredients.

Notes
