Instructions
- Slice cucumbers lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Mix shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Spoon the filling into the cucumber halves.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese or fresh herbs on top if desired.
- Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes if preferred.
