  • Flour

  • Milk

Instructions

  1. Mix corn, diced jalapeños, sugar, and flour.
  2. Scoop small portions and freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll frozen balls in seasoned flour.
  4. Dip in egg and milk mixture.
  5. Coat with cornmeal or panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil to 180°C.
  7. Fry in batches for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
