Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté chopped onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
- Add pumpkin puree or fresh pumpkin cubes and stir for a few minutes.

- Blend the soup until smooth and creamy using a blender or immersion blender.
