Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Butterfly the chicken breasts by slicing horizontally without cutting all the way through.
  2. Pound the chicken to an even thickness of about 1 cm.
  3. Mix ricotta, egg, parmesan, and herbs.
  4. Spread a thin layer of the ricotta mixture over the chicken.
  5. Roll tightly from one end to the other.
  6. Secure if needed and cook until fully done and golden.
