- 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries, washed and completely dried
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (70% cacao or higher)
- 1 tbsp smooth almond butter or peanut butter (optional)
- Flaky sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Line a small baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.
- Make sure the washed blueberries are completely dry.
- Place the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave the chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring well between each interval, until smooth and melted.
- Fold the blueberries and optional nut butter gently into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
- Using a spoon, scoop small clusters of coated blueberries onto the prepared parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the tops lightly with flaky sea salt.
- Place the tray in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes until the chocolate is firm and crisp.
- Store the clusters in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to enjoy.
