- 2 tablespoons white miso paste
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk miso paste, ginger, vinegar, lime juice, maple syrup, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, and cilantro.
- Pour the dressing over and toss to coat evenly.
- Let the slaw sit in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
