Description
Soft, gooey giant chocolate chip cookies stuffed with marshmallow Peeps for a fun and festive Easter treat everyone will love.
Ingredients

- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 8–10 marshmallow Peeps
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
- Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop large portions of dough (about 1/4 cup each).
- Flatten each portion and place a marshmallow Peep in the center.
- Wrap dough around the Peep, sealing completely.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes.
- Let cookies cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Make sure the Peeps are fully sealed inside the dough to prevent leaking while baking. Enjoy warm for a gooey center.
