Description

These Cheeseburger Bombs are loaded with juicy beef, melty cheese, and brushed with garlic butter — a fun, bite-sized twist on your favorite burger!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or American cheese cubes)
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough
  • Flour (for dusting)
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat. Stir in cheese until melted and gooey, then let cool slightly. (💡 Pro Tip: Add diced pickles or crispy bacon for extra flavor!)
  2. Assemble the Cheeseburger Bombs: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly flour your surface. Divide dough into 12 equal pieces and flatten each into a 3-inch circle. Spoon 1 tablespoon of filling into the center, pinch edges tightly to seal, and roll into balls. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown. While baking, mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush the hot bombs with garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Serve: Serve warm with burger sauce, ranch dressing, or garlic aioli for dipping. (💡 Make-Ahead Tip: Assemble and refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking!)

Notes

Perfect for parties or game day! You can also make mini versions with smaller dough pieces for bite-sized sliders.
