Description
These Cheeseburger Bombs are loaded with juicy beef, melty cheese, and brushed with garlic butter — a fun, bite-sized twist on your favorite burger!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or American cheese cubes)
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough
- Flour (for dusting)
- 3 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat. Stir in cheese until melted and gooey, then let cool slightly. (💡 Pro Tip: Add diced pickles or crispy bacon for extra flavor!)
- Assemble the Cheeseburger Bombs: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly flour your surface. Divide dough into 12 equal pieces and flatten each into a 3-inch circle. Spoon 1 tablespoon of filling into the center, pinch edges tightly to seal, and roll into balls. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown. While baking, mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush the hot bombs with garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve: Serve warm with burger sauce, ranch dressing, or garlic aioli for dipping. (💡 Make-Ahead Tip: Assemble and refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking!)
