Ingredients

  • Sweet Hawaiian rolls
  • Thinly sliced roast beef
  • Provolone cheese slices
  • Butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder

Instructions

  1. Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  2. Layer provolone cheese, roast beef, and another layer of cheese.
  3. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  4. Mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley, then brush over the tops.
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 175°C for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5 more minutes until golden.

Notes

Use high-quality roast beef sliced thin for the most tender texture. Serve immediately for best melt and flavor.
