Description
Savory, melty French dip sliders made with sweet Hawaiian rolls, layers of roast beef and cheese, brushed with a flavorful butter glaze and served with a rich au jus for dipping.
Ingredients
- Sweet Hawaiian rolls
- Thinly sliced roast beef
- Provolone cheese slices
- Butter
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Dried parsley
- Beef broth
- Worcestershire sauce
- Thyme
Instructions
- Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
- Layer provolone cheese, roast beef, and another layer of cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley, then brush over the tops.
- Cover with foil and bake at 175°C for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5 more minutes until golden.
- Simmer beef broth with Worcestershire sauce and thyme to make the dipping jus.
- Serve sliders warm with au jus on the side.
Notes
Use high-quality roast beef sliced thin for the most tender texture. Serve immediately for best melt and flavor.
