Description
A powerful, immune-boosting herbal tonic made by infusing apple cider vinegar with spicy, zesty herbs and roots — finished with optional honey for balance.
Ingredients

- 2 cups raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 head garlic, peeled and crushed
- ½ cup fresh horseradish root, grated
- ½ cup fresh ginger root, grated
- 1 fresh chili pepper (jalapeño, serrano, or cayenne), sliced
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp raw honey (optional, added after straining)
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Place onion, garlic, horseradish, ginger, chili, and lemon zest in a clean glass jar.
- Pour apple cider vinegar over ingredients until completely covered.
- Seal with a non-metal lid and store in a cool, dark place.
- Shake the jar daily for 2–4 weeks.
- Strain the liquid through cheesecloth into a clean bottle.
- Stir in lemon juice and honey (if desired).
Notes
