Instructions
- Cut watermelon into cubes and slice peaches into thin wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine watermelon, peaches, cucumber slices, and fresh mint.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, honey, and a pinch of salt.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
