- 12 slider buns
- 12 cooked meatballs
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
- 4 tbsp butter (melted)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
- 1 tbsp parsley
- Pepperoni slices (optional)
- Chili flakes (optional)
- Extra cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Slice slider buns horizontally without separating them.
- Place meatballs evenly inside the buns.
- Spoon marinara sauce over the meatballs.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously on top.
- Place the top layer of buns back on.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parmesan, and parsley, then brush over buns.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
- Cut into individual sliders and serve warm.
Notes
Cover with foil for softer tops or bake uncovered for a crispier finish. Best served fresh and hot.
