Description

Irresistible pull-apart meatball sliders loaded with gooey cheese, rich marinara, and brushed with flavorful garlic parmesan butter.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 12 cooked meatballs
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • Pepperoni slices (optional)
  • Chili flakes (optional)
  • Extra cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Slice slider buns horizontally without separating them.
  3. Place meatballs evenly inside the buns.
  4. Spoon marinara sauce over the meatballs.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously on top.
  6. Place the top layer of buns back on.
  7. Mix melted butter, garlic, parmesan, and parsley, then brush over buns.
  8. Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
  9. Cut into individual sliders and serve warm.

Notes

Cover with foil for softer tops or bake uncovered for a crispier finish. Best served fresh and hot.
