Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add rolled oats, chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, and sea salt to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Stir the dry ingredients together until evenly combined.
  3. Pour peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract over the oat mixture.
  4. Mix thoroughly until a thick dough forms.
  5. Fold in the mini dark chocolate chips.
  6. Refrigerate the mixture for 20 to 30 minutes.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls.
